Refund policy
1. Return Period
We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery. Email info@ontqwjatools.com within this period to start a return.
2. Return Eligibility
For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with included parts, accessories, and manuals. Use the original packaging when available and pack the product securely. An order number or other proof of purchase is required.
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reasonable inspection or use needed to discover the issue does not automatically make it ineligible for a remedy.
3. How to Start a Return
Email info@ontqwjatools.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, the reason, and relevant photos or video when available.
We will review the request and provide return authorization and instructions for eligible items. Please do not send a product back before receiving authorization. Keep your return tracking information and proof of postage.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please contact us within 3 days after delivery if a product arrives damaged, has a quality issue, or differs from your order. Include clear photos or video of the issue, packaging, and shipping label when available.
If using the product could be unsafe, stop using it. We will review the issue and provide appropriate return and refund instructions. The 3-day reporting request does not remove rights you may have under applicable law.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products, Ontqwja Tools covers reasonable return shipping costs. Contact us first so we can provide a prepaid label or approve another return method and any reimbursement.
6. Return Address
After receiving authorization, send your return according to the instructions provided by our customer-service team.

7. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

8. Inspection and Approval
We inspect returned products and notify you of the approval or reason for declining a refund within 2 business days after receiving the return.
Where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced or declined for customer-caused damage, use beyond reasonable inspection, missing components, or an ineligible return. We will explain any reduction or refusal.
9. Refund Amount and Timing
For an approved return in its required condition, we refund the amount paid for the returned product and its applicable sales tax. Customer-paid change-of-mind return postage is not refundable. We do not deduct an original standard shipping charge because standard shipping is free.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. If the refund has not appeared after 5 business days, contact info@ontqwjatools.com so we can trace it with the payment provider.
10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible product for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
11. Order Cancellations
Email info@ontqwjatools.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun. If an order has already shipped, our return process applies.
If we approve cancellation of a paid order, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval, or sooner where required by law.
