1. Overview
Ontqwja Tools is operated by ONTQWJA INC. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to ONTQWJA INC, trading as Ontqwja Tools. These terms apply to your use of ontqwjatools.com and purchases from our store.
2. Eligibility and Order Information

We sell hand tools, workholding products, tool storage, and related hardware. Please review each product's dimensions, materials, included components, compatibility, and working limits before ordering. Colors may appear different because of lighting or screen settings.
We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation with a refund.
4. Safe Product Use
Read and follow the instructions and warnings supplied with each product. Inspect tools before use, select the correct size and type for the task, and use appropriate protective equipment. Do not exceed stated torque, clamping, jaw-opening, or load limits. Stop using a product if it is damaged or does not operate correctly.

5. Prices and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and the final order total are shown at checkout before payment. Standard shipping is free on eligible orders. Prices and availability may change for future orders; changes do not alter an accepted order without your agreement, except where legally permitted.
6. Order Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, an unresolved listing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate information. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and refund the canceled items and applicable taxes to the original payment method.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Email info@ontqwjatools.com within 24 hours of placing an order to request a change or cancellation. Include your order number and the change required. Requests are not guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun. This does not limit cancellation rights that apply if we cannot ship within the stated time.
8. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

9. Shopify and Third-Party Services
